出獄日曆 隱私權政策
出獄日曆（英文名 Parole Day，以下稱「本 App」）整理台灣證券交易所與證券櫃檯買賣中心公開的注意股與處置股資訊。本 App 不需要註冊或登入，我們只收集提供服務所必要的最少資料。
我們收集的資料
- 裝置代碼：第一次打開本 App 時，伺服器會產生一組隨機代碼存在你的手機上，伺服器只保存它經過雜湊後的值。這組代碼不包含你的姓名、電話、Email 或任何可以直接辨識你的資訊，只用來保存你的自選股與設定。
- 自選股、通知設定與語言：你加入的股票代號、各種通知的開關，以及 App 顯示語言。
- 推播登記資訊：你開啟通知時，Apple（iPhone App）或瀏覽器的推播服務會提供一組推播位址，我們用它把通知送到你的手機。
- 伺服器連線紀錄：和一般網站一樣，伺服器會記錄連線的 IP 位址、裝置類型與時間，用於防止濫用、維持安全與排除問題。
我們不會收集你的姓名、聯絡資訊、通訊錄、照片、精確位置或廣告識別碼；本 App 沒有廣告、沒有第三方分析或追蹤工具，也不會出售任何資料。
資料的用途
- 保存你的自選股與設定，並在換頁或重新開啟時顯示。
- 依照你的設定傳送通知（例如隔天起處置的名單、出關提醒、盤中達標）。
- 維持服務的安全與正常運作。
資料的分享
我們不會把資料提供給第三方行銷使用。為了提供服務，資料會經過以下服務供應商：
- Apple 推播服務、瀏覽器推播服務（例如 Google、Mozilla）：負責把通知送到你的裝置。
- Cloudflare：網路傳輸與連線保護，會經手連線的 IP 位址。
除非法律要求，我們不會揭露你的資料。
資料保存與刪除
- 你可以隨時在本 App 的「設定 › 刪除我的資料」刪除伺服器上這支手機的裝置代碼、自選股、通知設定與推播登記，刪除後無法復原。
- 關閉通知或移除本 App，推播登記會在推播服務回報失效後自動刪除。
- 伺服器連線紀錄只在安全與除錯需要的期間內保存。
兒童
本 App 提供的是股票市場資訊，並非以兒童為對象，我們不會刻意收集兒童的資料。

Parole Day Privacy Policy
Parole Day (出獄日曆, "the App") organizes public attention and disposition stock data published by the Taiwan Stock Exchange and the Taipei Exchange. The App requires no sign-up or login, and we collect only the minimum data needed to run the service.
Data we collect
- Device code: the first time you open the App, our server creates a random code stored on your phone; the server keeps only a hash of it. The code contains no name, phone number, email or anything that directly identifies you. It is used only to save your watchlist and settings.
- Watchlist, notification settings and language: the stock codes you add, your notification switches and the App's display language.
- Push registration: when you turn on notifications, Apple (iPhone App) or your browser's push service gives us a push address, which we use to deliver notifications to your phone.
- Server logs: like most websites, our server records the IP address, device type and time of requests to prevent abuse, keep the service secure and fix problems.
We do not collect your name, contact details, contacts, photos, precise location or advertising identifiers. The App has no ads and no third-party analytics or tracking, and we never sell data.
How we use data
- To save and show your watchlist and settings.
- To send notifications you turned on (next-day dispositions, release reminders, intraday triggers).
- To keep the service secure and running.
Sharing
We do not share data with third parties for marketing. To provide the service, data passes through these providers:
- Apple Push Notification service and browser push services (e.g. Google, Mozilla): deliver notifications to your device.
- Cloudflare: network delivery and protection; it handles request IP addresses.
We do not disclose your data unless required by law.
Retention and deletion
- You can delete this phone's device code, watchlist, notification settings and push registration from our server at any time in Settings › Delete my data. This cannot be undone.
- If you turn off notifications or delete the App, the push registration is removed automatically once the push service reports it as invalid.
- Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.
Children
The App provides stock market information and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
